Omel Medical Equipment Limited is a duly registered company that deals in supply of Radiology, medical and laboratory equipment, consumables as well as medical furniture.
Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to grow market share, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the medical and consumer goods industries. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and a good understanding of medical equipment and products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the medical field, medical equipment, or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
