Job Summary: Join Home Harvest as a Sales Agronomist – Eastern Region Are you passionate about agriculture and helping farmers succeed? Home Harvest is looking for a Sales Agronomist to drive growth and support farmers in the Eastern Region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Home Harvest seeds to farmers & agro-dealers
- Provide agronomic guidance (spacing, fertilizer use, pest & disease management)
- Support farmer demos & trainings
- Keep accurate sales records and submit daily reports Build strong customer relationships & handle inquiries
- Stay updated on Home Harvest’s product portfolio
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Agriculture (Crop), Agribusiness, or related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in agriculture (private sector preferred)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
