Spiro is a leading provider of electric two-wheelers in Africa. The company’s headquarters are in Benin and has operations in Togo, Uganda, and Rwanda. Spiro offers two models of electric motorbikes and is preparing new versions, always adapted to the African market.
Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring that Spiro captures, protects, and optimizes its revenue across all business channels.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in revenue assurance, billing operations, or financial control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data reconciliation and anomaly detection.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent understanding of financial systems, billing platforms, and accounting processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
