About Organisation:
Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotions Authority (UFZEPA) is a Statutory Government Agency established by the Free Zones (Amendment) Act 30 of 2024, and is responsible for the establishment, development, management, marketing, maintenance, supervision and control of Free Zones; the development, promotion and coordination of all export-related activities; and to provide for related matters.
Job Summary: To receive, keep and provide records according to established standards and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort and open mail; dispatch mail
- File correspondence and forward files for action
- Monitor file movement and maintain a Bring Up (BU) diary
- Carry out file census and weed files
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Records & Archives Management or Library & Information Science or equivalent
