Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

About Organisation:
Vintage International is a registered company whose primary business is construction and engineering.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Carry out site measurements and prepare payment certificates
- Monitor project costs and advise management on cost control measures
- Prepare valuation reports, progress reports. and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and technical specifications
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s, Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in measurement and costing software
- Strong analytical, communication, and team work skills
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is an added advantage
