Job Summary: We are searching for Quality Control Executive (1) position in our Face-to-Face data collection team. The Quality Control Executive is responsible for the successful executive of data collection of all Face-to-Face field projects allocated to them.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:
- Review and verify data collected from fieldwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor data quality throughout the research process.
- Conduct regular audits of fieldwork activities and data entry procedures.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
- Collaborate with field teams and project managers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare quality assurance reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Ipsos quality standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, marketing, research, or related fields.
- Experience in data collection (surveys, interviews, focus groups will be valuable)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially for client interactions.
