Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary: Ensure Ranchers Finest products meet the expectations of the customers through implementation of quality assurance systems and continually improving the quality structure, processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards
- Collect and analyse quality control data and provide feedback to the Quality Control team
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
- Document quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audits
- Identify and report any quality control issues or deficiencies to the Quality Control team
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality control problems, and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the organization
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace/ good house keeping
- Enforce FIFO/FEFO /Stock rotation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition and Dietetics.
- ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 qualifications
- HACCP, TACCP, VACCP tools application
- Computer literacy
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
