Job Summary: Infinity Computers and Communications Company (i3C) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Associate with strong numeracy skills and an accounting background to support our procurement and supply chain functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supplier negotiations, cost management, and ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services for company operations and projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, sourcing, and procuring goods and services in line with company requirements.
- Support supplier negotiations to secure competitive prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records.
- Work closely with finance to ensure proper alignment with budgets and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain updated vendor databases.
- Track deliveries, stock levels, and usage to minimize shortages or delays.
- Provide procurement reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, accounting, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
