Job Summary: To oversee the spare parts operations, ensuring efficient stock management, strong supplier and customer relations, and achievement of sales and profitability targets while maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the parts sales team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow parts business.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Monitor and control parts department budgets and expenses.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and support the sales team in major accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales, stock, and market trends.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Uphold integrity, trust, and professionalism as a role model for the team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ progressive experience in spare parts management in the automotive/heavy commercial sector.
  • Well-recommended with a proven record of trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of spare parts, systems, and supplier networks.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
