Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to strengthen our learning systems and ensure evidence-based decision-making across our programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, skilled in data management, and committed to transforming insights into actions that help entrepreneurs thrive.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection, Management & Quality Assurance
- Monitoring, Reporting & Learning
- Evaluation & Research
- Technical & Capacity Support
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience needed:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in M&E, preferably in enterprise development, livelihoods, or social innovation projects.
- Any other provided details:
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to results and learning.
