Job Summary: Nina Interiors is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and elevate our brand presence in a competitive market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, including brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a creative yet data-driven and result oriented leader who can amplify Nina Interiors’ reputation while driving customer engagement and business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Nina Interiors’ business goals and brand vision.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to position Nina Interiors as a market leader.
  • Set measurable KPIs and oversee the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.

Brand Management:

  • Elevate and maintain the Nina Interiors brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, and physical showrooms.
  • Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience of homeowners, designers, and procurement officers.
  • Lead rebranding initiatives, if applicable, to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media (e.g., X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest), SEO, SEM and email marketing. Content that fosters engagement.
  • Oversee the website update frequently.
  • Drive content strategy, including blogs, videos, and visual storytelling, to showcase Nina Interiors’ design expertise and product offerings.
  • Leverage platforms like X to engage audiences with trending design topics and build a community around the brand.

Partnerships & Sponsorships:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
  • Oversee sponsorship initiatives, such as events or collaborations (e.g., supporting design-related events or industry expos), to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee Brand awareness in activations or campaigns.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, agencies, and partners.

Customer Engagement & Retention:

  • Develop campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones through personalized marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data and tailor marketing efforts to diverse audience segments.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers to supplement in-house capabilities as needed.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and grow the brand equity.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, particularly in digital and social media spaces, to keep Nina Interiors at the forefront of innovation.

Community Engagement

  • Incorporating corporate social responsibility, value and sustainable initiatives in the brand strategy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media platforms (e.g., X, Instagram), SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Strong creative vision with an eye for design, aligning with Nina Interiors’ aesthetic and brand ethos.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Familiarity with the interior design, real estate, construction or lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
