Job Summary: As we expand our impact in Uganda, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand, engage users, and support business development in Kampala.
Your Role: As a Marketing Executive at HirePay, you’ll lead and execute marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and retain customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to build brand awareness and drive demand for our solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive traffic, signups, and user engagement.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through regular content creation and community engagement.
- Coordinate marketing activations, events, and partnership opportunities.
- Create compelling content and visuals for digital and print media (brochures, presentations, social posts).
- Track marketing performance using analytics tools and optimize based on data insights.
- Support digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media).
- Stay up to date on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in fin tech, and HR tech).
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Self-starter, creative thinker, and results-oriented.
