Corporate Games Uganda is a registered Sports management company that organizes Corporate Games, Corporate Runs, Corporate team buildings, kids’ league for corporate staff and Corporate Social Responsibility in Uganda with the main objective, “Inspiring Corporates through Sports.”

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Games activities. This role is central to driving stakeholder engagement, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless event operations throughout the Corporate Games season.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day coordination and administration of the Corporate Games Secretariat.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participating organizations, partners, and service providers.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for monthly outings, including venues, equipment, staffing, and vendor engagements.
  • Maintain updated participant and partner databases, including registrations, attendance, and compliance records.
  • Lead communication with corporate teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and engagement.
  • Prepare and submit periodic activity reports, event summaries, and administrative documentation.
  • Support branding, publicity, and digital engagement initiatives across platforms.
  • Coordinate participant experience and welfare during events, ensuring smooth flow of activities.
  • Provide leadership to support staff and volunteers during Corporate Games outings.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and within tight timelines.
  • Interest in sports, wellness, and events management is an added advantage.
