Nish Auto Ltd is an Importer, Assembler and Distributors of Bajaj Motorcycles and Three- wheelers (Tuk Tuk).
Job Summary: We have a well-established Assembly Plant located in Ntinda Industrial Area with over 130 permanent (both skilled and semi-skilled) employees and we are looking to recruit a qualified, competent and highly motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and Pneumatic nut runners.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain and repair forklifts, compressors, generators and Power DB systems
- Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime
- Implement maintenance schedules, PMS activity and procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering attained from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from a manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in electrical works, forklift, compressor, and Power DB maintenance
- Ability to work long hours and adapt to production demands
- Strategic thinker, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision and in diverse teams.
- Previous experience working in an assembly line will be an added advantage.
