Job Title: ICAPS Coordinator – Expat (Oil and Gas)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be part of the commissioning team responsible for coordinating and interfacing with contractors and various commissioning disciplines on matters relating to ICAP activities
- Multi-disciplinary interface
- Interface with project contractors and validation of project documents (commissioning and pre- commissioning) Usage of tools and systems (ICAPS Databases, check/test sheets, OTP)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7 years in large greenfield projects in commissioning /start up roles.
- Strong knowledge in commissioning methodology OPERCOM™ and tool ICAPS©.
- Fully conversant with the OPERCOM and ICAPS database as administrator.
- Experience in managing ICAPS on previous projects in the contracts environment
- Required to anticipate or identify problem areas or potential areas of conflict (within company or between company and contractor) and effect resolution.
- Ability to communicate with different Package representatives and ensure effective liaison between all parties.
- Deliverables: comprehensive review and approval where applicable of all Pre-comm/Comm related documents and Data bases issued by Contractor (Execution procedures, ICAPS Databases, check/test sheets, OTPs….).
