Job Summary: This senior role is pivotal in driving Jubilee’s High Net Worth Individual (HNI) strategy. The HNI Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of plans to grow the affluent client segment through strategic market engagement, recruitment of HNI-focused agents, product innovation, and premium

income growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the HNI and institutional client base, in line with Jubilee’s business objectives.
  • Lead client acquisition and retention efforts, building strong, trust-based relationships with affluent clients to ensure loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, market penetration, and introduction of new investment products tailored to HNWI needs.
  • Lead and inspire a team of advisors, providing coaching, training, and leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and risk management frameworks are upheld.
  • Build a high-performing, client-centric team culture anchored in excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields;
  • Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, or capital markets, with a strong understanding of investment strategies and financial products.
  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing, and regulatory compliance skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
