Job Summary: As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping powerful visual narratives across both traditional and digital platforms. From developing eye-catching campaign visuals to refining brand identities, you’ll collaborate closely with our communications team to bring ideas to life in ways that captivate our audiences and elevate our clients’ messages.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visual assets including reports, presentations, infographics, posters, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with project teams to translate research findings and strategic insights into compelling visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while adapting for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Work with external printers, media houses, and production vendors to prepare and deliver final artwork files.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into project work where relevant.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency, media, or development communications setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print outputs.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and ability to design for varied audiences.
  • Knowledge of branding and storytelling principles; motion graphics and video editing skills are an added advantage.
