Job Summary: Streamline Health Tech is looking for a Graduate Intern – Customer Success (Finance) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Technical teams to support clients in effectively using the Stre@mline Finance Module. You will gain hands-on experience in financial workflows, client training, and system support while contributing to improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the full Stre@mline System, with particular focus on the Finance Module and its linkages to other modules.
- Support the Customer Success Team in conducting user training sessions for new and existing clients on Finance features such as billing, receipts, payments, and reporting.
- Provide user support to clients on the Finance Module and its related workflows.
- Record client feedback, recurring challenges, and training outcomes for internal reporting.
- Collaborate with both the Customer Success and Technical Teams during client visits and support engagements.
- Participate in follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction after training or support sessions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to grasp new systems quickly and apply knowledge to real-world client scenarios.
