Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and warmly engage all walk-in customers and visitors
- Provide accurate product knowledge, advice, and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell company products to meet sales targets.
- Build customer loyalty by ensuring a positive shopping and brand experience.
- Represent the brand through professional appearance, behavior, and communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and product display area.
- Collect and share customer feedback with the sales team to improve products and services.
- Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives when required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: At least a Diploma in a business-related course.
- Experience: 2 years
- Industry Experience: sales and customer service (experience in retail, FMCG, or health products is an advantage).
