Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, situated in Matugga, Wakiso district, Uganda, shall produce high-quality medicines across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
Job Summary: The Food Specialist will oversee laboratory operations for quality control of starch products, ensuring compliance with set product standards and analytical parameters.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical and chemical testing of starch samples.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure calibration of instruments.
- Support continuous improvement of product quality.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
Experience and Competencies:
- Prior laboratory experience in food or starch testing.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
