Job Summary: This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship role for a Digital Associate Intern, based in Kampala.
The intern will be responsible for managing and creating digital content, conducting research, writing, and overseeing content management across platforms. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Penda Capital’s communication goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in content management and web content writing
- Research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience or interest in entrepreneurship, digital communication, or the financial sector is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
