Wana Energy Solutions started in 2008 on the premise that Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a Clean, Accessible, Reliable, Energy that can improve the lives of the almost 26 million people in Uganda who rely on biomass as a source of energy for cooking. Currently WANA is operating in Mbale, Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, Masaka, Mbarara and Fort Portal in Kabarole District. Plans are underway to expand this service to other areas.

Job Summary: WANA Energy Solutions, a leading Ugandan-owned company providing clean, affordable, and reliable energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team across different regions.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Lead field activations and coordinate with marketing teams to increase product uptake.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in renewable
  • energy, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in dynamic environments.
