Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality videos and photos of hairstyling, beauty treatments, and salon activities for social media and marketing.
- Edit videos, add effects, captions, and music to create engaging and professional content for online platforms.
- Plan and produce content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with the salon’s brand.
- Record before-and-after hair and beauty transformations, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage to boost engagement.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends, viral social media content, and innovative video techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with stylists and clients to create compelling storytelling content that highlights the salon’s expertise and services.
- Ensure all content aligns with the salon’s visual identity, using the right lighting, angles, and editing styles.
- Organize and schedule posts consistently to maintain audience engagement and grow social media following.
- Monitor engagement metrics (views, likes, shares) and suggest improvements based on performance insights.
- Conduct live sessions, record special salon events, and engage with followers in real time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
- Soft Skills
- Photography skills and knowledge of lighting techniques.
- Video content creation.
Education & Requirements
- Education: Diploma in videography, multimedia, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years
- Industry Experience: Beauty and personal care
