Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support commercial operations and contract management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare reports and presentations on commercial performance
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Economics.
- 2-4 years of commercial or sales support experience.
- Strong contract management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
