Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Civil Engineer with a strong background in building economics, project bidding, and cost analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and economic insight, ensuring that our construction projects are not only structurally sound but also financially efficient.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise building and civil works projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare competitive project bids, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Conduct quantitative and economic analysis for projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Develop and monitor budgets for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards on all projects.
- Produce timely technical and financial reports.
- Engage clients, consultants, and stakeholders effectively to support project
- acquisition and delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Economics or Civil & Building Engineering.
- Commendable experience and expertise in building and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in project bidding, cost management, and quantity surveying.
- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Atlantis-3D, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects (markets, schools, housing complexes, roads, etc.).

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Economical and detail-oriented approach to project management.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
