Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payoff declines or payment plans.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree is a business-related field.
- At least 6 months experience in a call Centre.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
