About Organisation:
Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi in areas General Sales, Promotions, Merchandising, Route- to -Market, Roadshows among others.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and business pitching.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the marketing and agency space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools.
