Job Summary: To acquire business from potential Employee Banking clients whilst providing the appropriate service standards through engagement of individual new-to-bank (NTB) clients who are employees of corporations with whom Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) has established a relationship with.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard NTB clients (any segment) who are employees of corporations with whom WRB has established a relationship with (primarily Corporate & Investment Banking clients)
- Meet annual sales budget expectations for the business through Inbound and outbound sales strategies, including on-site marketing and corporate employee outreach
- Conduct remote and in-person meetings to explain banking propositions, complete Know Your Customer (KYC)checks, and set up anchor products.
- Cross-sell retail banking products and refer clients to specialists for additional services.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools, ATMs, Client Centre and branch services.
- Uphold the bank’s Code of Conduct and regulatory guidelines.
- Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (CDD) protocols.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and report suspicious transactions promptly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Strong communication, negotiation and bargaining , and relationship-building skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role.

- Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver client-centric solutions.
