Job Title: Bancassurance Relationship Manager – 3 Positions

Job Summary: Responsible for building, maintaining, and growing bancassurance relationships while driving revenue growth through exceptional service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales activities to acquire new clients and meet daily targets.
- Support bank staff with product knowledge and joint calls.
- Monitor performance, prepare sales reports, and escalate issues promptly.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and complete documentation.
- Train bank staff, mentor officers, and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, Certificate of Proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a large and reputable Organisation in sales, marketing, or Bancassurance, with proven performance in achieving targets.
