Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audit Senior Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of audit engagements in line with the firm’s audit methodologies and professional standards to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous professional development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing audits.
- Coaching juniors during audit executions.
- Drafting management letters, audit presentations as well as financial statements that comply with IFRS.
- Accounting Standards and Companies Act.
- Supporting Audit Seniors on large engagements.
- Supporting and mentoring junior auditors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy audit firm.
- Proficient in IFRS Accounting Standards and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and their impacts on financial statements and auditing respectively.
- Currently pursuing CPA or ACCA, and should have attained or be working toward Level 2.
