Key Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a results-driven Agronomist to lead technical support for our Hass avocado farms, including:
- Farmer training in GAP, pest/disease control, irrigation, and orchard care
- Hass avocado grafting and nursery management
- Harvest coordination and yield forecasting
- Building and managing a reliable farmer network
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Agronomy/Horticulture
- 3+ years’ experience in agronomy
- Proven Hass avocado grafting expertise
- Nursery registration & compliance knowledge
- Strong communication & data skills
- Willing to travel and work in rural areas
