Job Title: Agency Recruitment and Onboarding Officer

Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Job Summary: Drives the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of high-performing agency sales talent to strengthen Jubilee’s sales force.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build partnerships with universities and recruitment bodies.
- Design graduate programs and structured onboarding experiences.
- Ensure compliance with IRA & ITC regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Finance (Master’s preferred), HR certifications desirable
- Experience:
- 4–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in insurance/financial services.
Key Competencies:
- Talent acquisition expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and ethical conduct.
