Job Title: Accountant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and oversight of all sourcing and finances and accounts
- Support and oversee the work of Accounts Assistants (training, weekly work plans)
- for task management, performance management, review and approval of work prior
- to finalization, guidance and instruction and approval of schedules)
- Coordination of 2 week and 4-week cash requirements planning for the branch
- Review payments accountability prior to approval
- Complete entry and expense categorization for all transactions in Odoo
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from reputable university in related field
- CPA or ACCA
- 4+ years’ experience working and living in Africa or similar context
- Knowledge of or previous experience in agriculture, agronomy, or agro-processing
- Experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
