Job Summary: The role holder will be responsible for assessing and evaluating risks in insurance proposals, determining policy terms, coverage, and pricing in accordance with AAR General Insurance’s underwriting guidelines and risk appetite to ensure effective and efficient service delivery to customers.

- Risk Assessment and Evaluation
- Policy Pricing and Terms
- Decision Making
- Documentation and Record Keeping
- Collaboration with Sales and Client Relations
- Claims Support
- Product Development Input
- Continuous Learning and Market Awareness
- Reporting and Analytics
- Deliver on performance requirements as defined in the department’s strategy map and balanced scorecard.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics or Actuarial fields
- Professional qualification in Insurance (Certificate CII or COP).
- Two to four years’ experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Insurance regulatory requirements.
