From the exterior view, the 36-acre APDL campus exudes careful planning, the interiors of the facility reveal thoughtful and spot on detailing. The facility is designed with materials and finishes that allow ample natural light thus conserving energy and still maintain high cleanliness standards and minimize maintenance. The entire facility is designed to meet the CGMP requirements.

 

Job Summary: To coordinate all activities in the production area thereby ensuring compliance to CGMP standards as per the SOP in place.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process control 1. To implement SOPs for production and report if any deviations is observed to the production manager. 2. To check the in-process control parameters of production. 3. To ensure the implementation of the environmental norms of various production areas as defined and to get the deviations corrected by the utility department. 4. To ensure minimum wastage of utilities like steam, cooling water, compressed air, electricity etc.
  • Training 1. To check availability of trained staff and casual workers. 2. To supervise trained staff and workers working in their respective positions. 3. To review and suggest periodic trainings wherever required. 4. To ensure the training of staff on the changes in SOPs from time to time.
  • Communicating
  • &Reporting 5. To report the abnormalities on daily basis to the Assistant Production Manager. 6. To inform machine breakdowns to the Utility Department and to the Assistant Production manager immediately. 7. To regularly update the production manager about any activities in the production area.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, pharmacy or any other related field.
  • 3 years experience working in relevant / similar company
  • Ability to work with senior people
  • Excellent report writing skills

Training requirements:

  • Basic safety training
  • Basic GMP training
  • Leadership training
  • Good Documentation Practices training
  • Entry & exit into production area training
  • Hygiene training
