Job Summary: Our client, a leading company in the cosmetics and dermatology industry, is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives to join their growing team in Uganda. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling dermatology and cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s range of cosmetics and dermatology products to doctors, dermatologists, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to medical product promotion.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling cosmetics or dermatology products.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and dermatological solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
