Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales, sales leads, and customer management
- Products demand forecast and planning
- Customer relationship management
- Initiate, identify, and come up with marketing and sales strategies, plans and activities to promote and/or market the company’s products
- Team leading and supervision of sales and marketing teams
- Market research and follow-up
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a diploma in marketing or business-related studies
- Good morals and character
- Self-driven and motivated
- Honesty and integrity
- Loyal and NO criminal record
- Positive towards work
- Knowledge of Uganda and the regional market is an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in the packaging industry
