Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven retail merchandisers to join our client’s team in promoting and selling the company products in various locations across Uganda. As a retail merchandiser, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling company products to customers
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s revenue growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Reporting to your supervisor and work closely with the sales team
- Attending training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage
- 1-2 Years of experience
