Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial properties under the company’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of client satisfaction, manage tenant relations, supervise maintenance and repairs, and ensure properties are operating efficiently and profitably. The role also includes actively acquiring and expanding the company’s property portfolio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties (residential and commercial)
  • Maintain regular communication with property owners and tenants
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure rent is collected on time and follow up on arrears
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, expenses, and financial reports
  • Market vacant properties and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to find tenants
  • Negotiate leases and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
  • Supervise service providers, contractors, and caretakers
  • Ensure all properties comply with local property laws and safety standards
  • Identify new property management opportunities and work towards expanding the property portfolio
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate agents to secure new contracts

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or real estate
  • Knowledge of Ugandan property laws, leasing, and facility management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is an added advantage
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
