Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT/software development projects.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Provide technical insights when needed to support engineering decisions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in ICT project management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience or background as a software engineer (added advantage).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
