Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan for finished products requirements based on forecasts and demand
- Plan for raw material requirements based on forecasts and demand
- Supervise machine operators
- Ensure timely and accurate machine maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Supervise packers for accurate packing of finished goods
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the facility
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a diploma in engineering or business-related studies
- Good morals and character
- Knowledge of press machine, slit machine, and rewind machine
- Self-driven and motivated
- Honesty and integrity
- Loyal and NO criminal record
- Positive towards work
- Minimum of 3years working experience in the packaging Industry
