We believe in building strong networks and collaborations to expand access to quality mental health services.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Partnerships and Relationship Officer to strengthen and expand our network of stakeholders, partners, and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong professional relationships, driving strategic collaborations, and ensuring that our facility remains a trusted provider of mental health and addiction services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, referral agencies, insurance companies, corporates, and community organizations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the facility and its partners, ensuring professional communication and timely follow-up
  • Represent the facility in stakeholder engagements, outreach programs, and partnership meeting.
  • Support the marketing and business development by designing initiatives to enhance visibility and client acquisition
  • Monitor partnership performance and prepare regular reports and updates for management.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all engagements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in partnership development, relationship management, or stakeholder engagement (experience in healthcare or mental health sector is an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary tam.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
