Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Office Administrator to be the operational backbone of our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, filing systems, office supplies, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
  • Client Communication & Support: Serve as a first point of contact for clients. Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner (in English ). Provide basic information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Document Preparation & Processing: Assist in preparing, formatting, and processing documents for various services, including visa applications, company registration forms, and travel itineraries.
  • Team Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and clients as needed.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain client and company data in our digital systems.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration, receptionist, or similar role. Experience in tourism, travel, or a client-serving industry is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
  • Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor, customer-oriented mindset, and a strong team player.
