The Institute is designed to promote professionalism, and inclusion through market-led training, research, and consultancy to providers and users of financial services. The Institute’s training programs cover Professional, Short & Executive, Specialized, and Post Graduate Courses.
Job Summary: UIBFS is implementing the Catalytic Financing Partial Grant Scheme for demand side SMEs under the PREEEP project. This Partial Grant Scheme seeks to support, at least, 30 demand-side SMEs through contributing to lowering the high upfront costs related to investment in RE/EE technologies but also provide for shorter pay back times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop M&E Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive M&E framework, including indicators, data collection methods, and analysis procedures.
- Data Collection: Collect and manage data on project inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to assess project performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular M&E reports, including progress reports, evaluation reports, and impact assessments.
- Evaluation: Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine project effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
- Capacity Building: Provide training and technical assistance to project staff on M&E methodologies and tools.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In fields like social sciences, economics, statistics, public health, or related disciplines.
- Relevant certifications: Such as Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional (CMEP) or Certified Associate in Monitoring and Evaluation (CAME).
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in M&E, with some experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, data collection and analysis.
