Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Successful Candidate Will;
- Design and implement product displays and store layouts in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain seasonal displays to attract customers and highlight key product
- Manage product stock levels and placement to optimize sales.
- Monitor inventory and reorder popular items in collaboration with the store manager.
- Promote specific products, sales, and offers to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure accurate stock levels on the sales floor and in back storage.
- Adjust displays based on customer preferences and sales trends.
- Collaborate with the store team to support daily operations and merchandising tasks.
- Train new staff on merchandising techniques and product placement.
- Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- At least 2 years customer care experience especially in retail, FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Skills & Professional Attributes Required
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoy rapport building and customer interaction.
- Professionalism and confident.
- Target driven and self-motivated.
- Strong persuasive skills.
- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task.
