Job Summary: The Marketing Representative will be responsible for sourcing new clients, engaging with existing customers, and promoting the company’s branding and printing services. This is a results-driven role requiring strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field marketing, networking, and digital platforms
- Promote and present our branding and printing solutions to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Manage client communications and follow up on inquiries and quotations
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and content for digital platforms.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with branding and printing services is a plus (training provided)
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
