Rikolto aims to contribute to the development of a dynamic, sustainable and inclusive agricultural sector with family farmers providing quality produce for own consumption and for diverse markets (national, regional and international markets).

 

Job Summary: Rikolto’s Global Support Team provides key advisory roles and shared services, including finance, monitoring & evaluation, people & organisation, ICT, communication, and fundraising. We are now seeking a Management Internto support a project on staff workload management, providing practical learning while contributing to organizational improvement.

Purpose of the Post

To support the development of a Guideline on Workload Management for Rikolto, including gathering data, developing content, consulting colleagues, and designing a simple tool for implementation and monitoring.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize information from staff satisfaction surveys, structure assessments, and management discussions.
  • Develop content for the Workload Management Guideline, including concrete examples of challenges and solutions.
  • Consult relevant colleagues to fill gaps in information.
  • Develop a simple tool to implement and monitor workload reduction progress.
  • Contribute to analysis and reporting, supporting management decision-making.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Recently completed degree in HR Management, Management, Economics, or related field.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; knowledge of Canva is a plus.
  • Analytical, solution-focused, and able to translate complex matters into clear, actionable guidelines.
  • Attitude:
  • Curious, proactive, autonomous, and a quick learner.
