Key Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting To Dispatch Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;
- Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order
- Check that goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications
- Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing
- Supervise, monitor and guide Loading Assistants
- Sign off the goods dispatched note.
- Any other duties assigned by Dispatch Manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Ordinary Diploma in any business-related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant experience is required
Skills & Professional Attributes Required
- Ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion
- Effective Verbal and written communication.
- Professional personal presentation
- Customer service orientation skills.
- Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence
- Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions
- Decision making skills is required.
