Job Summary: The ISO is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the MIS. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to Enterprise Business Applications, Systems Analysis and Design, and Computer Software Programming activities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks both on-site and cloud.
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems both re-mote and on-site
- Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
- Execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and installations.
- Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training.
- Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements
- Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of assets throughout their lifecycle
- Identify and analyze data, make recommendations, and implement solutions
- Utilize knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex is-sues
- Analyze information/data and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions and improvements
- Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications
- Assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures
- Develop working knowledge of JDL’s information systems, procedures, standards, client server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, and PC-based applications.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, (with strong exposure to Odoo Enterprise and/or SAP Business One is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PHP, and Flutter/Dart for automation, integration, backend processes, and mobile app development
- Proven experience in supporting and managing Sales Force Automation (SFA) or other SaaS business applications
- Strong knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL, with ability to write and optimize queries
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence (knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau is a plus)
- Familiarity with system administration on local and VPS servers (Linux/Ubuntu/Windows environments)
- Exposure to mobile and web application ecosystems (Android/iOS/web apps) and ability to collaborate with development teams.

- Competence in reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support management decision making
