Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to support the coordination and management of products within our operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring item availability, maintaining order, and supporting the smooth flow of day-to-day activities. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure updates are timely
- Support the flow of products to meet customers needs
- Monitor stock movement and provide timely updates
- Carry out regular checks to confirm accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with the team to keep processes organised and efficient
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar platforms
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Nice to have
- Prior experience in inventory or stock management
- Familiarity with e-commerce or retail operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
